So do your research, you may find that there may be products and services you can offer your clients/customers that your competitors do not. For one, the choice of guests: many of the guests share their process for making decisions, and how to find the help that you need WHEN you need it. This is an overlooked topic in entrepreneurship, but Heneka is great at teasing out the important points.
