A Pastor's Struggle

from bpchurch Sermons · host Pastor Bob Carlson

The book of Colossians gives us a glimpse into Paul's heart for ministry. Last week in 1:28-29 we saw the goal of our salvation and the joy set before us. This week in 2:1-7 we are urged to press into that goal. But there is also a warning, the potential for sorrow. Many are growing in knowing and following Christ, but some will not. That was Paul's struggle, his joy and sorrow. This Sunday we'll talk about the true treasure you seek, the danger that threatens it, and our best way forward.
