A Path Forward: Realist and Redeemer

Join Pastor DJay’s Mid-Week Teaching titled Realist and Redeemer from Mattew 5:21-26 as he continues the series "A Path Forward."Jesus' words at the end of John 2 reveal to us that Jesus was not only our Redeemer, He was also a realist. "But Jesus on his part did not entrust himself to them, because he knew all people and needed no one to bear witness about man, for he himself knew what was in man" (Jn 2:24-25). The Sermon on the Mount illustrates Jesus' understanding of the human condition as he addresses anger, lust, divorce, slapping, spitting, self-righteousness and other common human problems. Jesus offers us a path forward out of the gridlock of constant anger and rage.
