A Personal Reflection on Health and Wellness with Julie Brannon, D.PSc
from The Synergy Connection Show
Sometimes life gives you a “wake-up” call and you get a chance to “clean-up on aisle 6”, so to speak. Last November, a low iron count caused a routine physical to become more exploratory. It turns out after several tests that a colonoscopy was in order. A month later, colon cancer was diagnosed. The surgery was a complete success. However, stress played a role in the creation of the cancerous polyp, so the recovery process now involves both emotional and physical healing.Today’s show is an open discussion between Julie Brannon, D.PSc, Master Herbalist and author and Lucy Forsting about the importance of listening to your body, emotions and intellect. Becoming healthy is multi-faceted and is critical to living your best life. You can contact Julie via her website at BaileysNaturals.com or via email at [email protected].
