This young lady called me today while I was having a really awful day.  I haven't been able to sleep,(48 hrs) can't get out of the bed and not feeling well mentally.  My therapist isn't available and sometimes this will happen.  Just when I was feeling my lowest she called needing me also and we helped each other.  While speaking with her I asked if it were ok to record.  This was an impromptu episode but I decided to share so you can try to understand the real emotion and feelings going through the mind of those who battle with depression or other mental health issues...This is a relationship that I developed from being in Sheppard Pratt.  Three years later and we are still in contact....
