A Picture of Silence (ep. 107)

In this week's episode, I am going to share with you a little story, which emerged from an image that appeared in my head a few days ago. Inspired by recent conversations with my close friends, I've decided to tackle the concepts of 'planning', 'norm', and 'silence'… I will read this sentence-sketched painting of mine and offer you an invitation to simply consider how comfortable are you with silence in its many forms. I hope that this episode will be the trigger for you to engage with a daily practice that supports your mental health, your self-awareness, and your self-love while empowering the relationships that matter in your life.
