Dr. Paul Conn is the President and Chancellor of Lee University, having served for thirty-four years since 1986. Under his leadership, enrollment grew from 1,000 to over 5,000, and the campus expanded significantly.Dr. Conn earned an M.A. and Ph.D. in psychology from Emory University, spent three years at Harvard as a postdoctoral student, and was a Visiting Scholar at Harvard Divinity School in 1982 and 2023. He completed his undergraduate studies at Lee College and Georgia State University.Dr. Conn received the M.C. Headrick Award in 2001, the Otis Floyd Award in 1996, the 2019 Varnell Award for community service, and other honors.He joined Lee College as an instructor in 1971 and is now a Distinguished Professor of Psychology, teaching an undergraduate course each year.Dr. Conn is married to Darlia McLuhan, and they have three children and ten grandchildren.Connect with us!
