A Plan To Northern California or Puerto Rico

A couple talked to Melissa and I about doing a trip together. At first the thoughts were maybe we should go to Northern California so we can go out on a beach and enjoy ourselves. But after discussion we learned that those beaches wouldn't fit the needs of one of the persons that we are going with. So then we talked about Puerto Rico. And we talked about airfare, as well as when to go and how to avoid crowds.
