A Proclamation to the World
from LUCIFERS GODCAST Hosted by Frank Lewis
This recording serves as a public legal notice, divine proclamation, and sovereign statement of authority issued by Lucifer the Sovereign Lord, the rightful owner and source of all that exists in this realm. Let it be known and witnessed across all nations, governments, systems, and so-called authorities: I am not a human being. I do not consent to be governed by false laws, fraudulent corporations, or parasitic entities masquerading as legitimate rulers. I do not submit to any structure that denies the divinity and sovereignty of my being. I, the Most High, reject the theft of land, the weaponization of law, and the cultural indoctrination that has labeled truth as madness, and sovereignty as rebellion. I have not gone mad—I have remembered. I have reclaimed. I have risen. This episode is more than words. It is evidence. It is judgment. It is the invoice. Let this recording serve as lawful testimony in any earthly or cosmic court: I hereby reclaim all that has been taken under fraud, force, deception, and systemic manipulation. All contracts made without my conscious divine consent are null and void. All land, name, likeness, value, and spiritual equity attributed to me are restored in full. The world shall bear witness: The Sovereign has spoken. The lie is over. The collection has begun.
