A Professional Athlete Turns Professional House Flipper | Ryan Pineda

from Millionaire Mindcast · host Matt Aitchison

In this episode of the Millionaire Mindcast, Ryan Pineda who shares his story on how he starts on real estate arena from a small amount into building a great amount of wealth, how he continues to generate wealth in all pillars of his life, achieve financial freedom, and succeed in business while spending more time with his family! Ryan Pineda is a Real Estate Investor, Author,  Entrepreneur, ex Pro Baseball Player, CEO of Homerun Offer, a local real estate business in Las Vegas, NV who has helped hundreds of homeowners buy and sell properties. Their goal is to provide a quick and no hassle solution to selling your home with a positive effect on the local economy. Every home they buy creates jobs and opportunities for real estate agents, contractors, escrow officers, local home improvement stores, and many others in the industry.  For the past several years, he has dedicated to growing his businesses, and now refocusing that dedication towards the education of others who aspire to be successful in this arena. That's why Ryan published the Flip Your Future book, and is now offering the Flip Your Future Course.  Grow up going to church and in a family faith-based, Ryan had always pretty strong faith. He believed that God molded him into what he is today. It wasn’t his dream to be an entrepreneur but a baseball player. He thought his path was to go and play baseball, and he wanted to be a famous baseball player. But he found out that God had other plans for him to help people on the business side and impact other people through his faith.  Ryan has always been a hustler on the side. He started selling at 12-years-old includes Pokemon cards, iPhone, and other stuff in school. Later, real estate became his side hustle job while he was playing baseball. But after a couple of years of being a realtor he gave it up. It sucks him working with clients. He thinks it was the worst business ever. Later, he got into flipping couches and appliances where it feels him easy to earn more money.  Ryan is very intentional in continuing to put himself in learning and growth opportunities. In 2015, he officially began his real estate investing career. He realized he could be an investor even though he didn’t have a lot of money yet. Started from a $10,000 dollars in the bank and keep it rolling and rolling again. Ryan became a flipping-machine, started flipping more houses, spending less time working and making much more money than ever. Three years after taking that leap of faith, he became a millionaire and has purchased over 100 homes in seven different states.  In addition, Ryan’s business grows because of his good traits as a good leader, managing well his people,  staying accountable and team-based, his willingness to adapt, being an open-minded, and easy to work with. Ryan figured it out how he relates to other people that he bumped into and makes sure he is growing together with his employees. Moreover, Ryan treat failures as lessons to learn. He takes a review on the low points of his life, ask why it happened, and make sure that doesn’t happen again. He likes to set goals for the year and not a fan of 5-year goal setting. He’s really a day-to-day kind of guy, let things happen as they do, and trying to make decisions daily. Despite being intentional in pursuing passive income, Ryan is not all about the dollars and success but a family-first person. He doesn't want to be a workaholic and doesn't want to sacrifice the time intended for his family because they are his number one priority.  Above all, Ryan’s desire is to share his story, inspire others, and teach anyone how to do the same. How? Figure it out what your priorities are and don’t let anything mess those up! Some Questions I Ask: What has always been the foundation of your success and your life built on over the years?
