A Quick & Empowering First Birth

Today on The Natural Birth Podcast we have Megan Megan is a mama of one from Arizona, USA. She is a wife and a stay at home mum who loves art and plants and plans on getting into birth work soon. She ended up having a fast and furious first birth.  It started with a bang, and she did her best in breathing through the contractions with the help of her husband and doula. She did her own internals and felt her own cervix and the bag of waters as she progressed through labour.  She chose to birth in her birth pool.
