A Quick Conversation With Adidas Pro Runners Katelyn Tuohy and Elly Henes | 2024 NCAA Cross Country Championships in Madison, Wisconsin

From Heartbreak & Adidas’s pop-up shop in downtown Madison, professional runners Katelyn Tuohy and Elly Henes join me for a quick recording ahead of the 2024 NCAA D1 Cross Country Championships taking place tomorrow, November 23rd, at Thomas Zimmer Championship Course.The girls reflect on their experiences as athletes and teammates at NC State, one of the most established distance programs in the NCAA. Katelyn and Elly both left their marks – Elly was a 10-time NCAA All-American, 6-time ACC Champion, and NCAA Champion (Outdoor 5000M)  while Katelyn still holds two NCAA records, earned 4 NCAA individual titles and was a part of NC State’s 3-peat (NCAA Cross Country Team Champs in ‘21, ‘22, ‘23). As both Katelyn and Elly continue to tackle their pro careers with Adidas, they are looking forward to starting to training together again in Raleigh, North Carolina for this upcoming season.I’m beyond excited to share this conversation with you all – tune into this exciting episode to hear from the best of the best!
