A Quiet Monday Talk About Speaking Up

from ALAA EZZEDDINE · host ALAA EZZEDDINE

In this Monday sit-down episode, I take a calm moment to reflect on something many of us struggle with: standing up for ourselves. This is not a dramatic conversation. It’s a relaxed, honest discussion about what it means to speak up, express your needs clearly, and protect your boundaries without guilt. I share personal reflections on learning to use my voice, even when it feels uncomfortable.Sometimes self-respect is quiet. Sometimes it’s simply choosing not to stay silent. If you’ve ever found yourself holding back, over-explaining, or shrinking in certain situations, this episode is a gentle reminder that your voice matters. This is a laid-back Monday conversation — something you can listen to while having your coffee, driving, or winding down.
