A Random Moment - Motivation Monday Game Plan - #1927

“Send Coach John a message”I found this from Kylie Riordan (@mindfulheal) because it made total sense to me as I have been thinking about this a lot more lately.  What she shared was this:  “I hope you have a random moment today where you look around and think “Oh.  This is my life.”  And instead of spiraling, you smile.  Because maybe it’s not perfect.  But it’s yours.”  As I prepped for this podcast along with the errands and other things I had to do this morning, I got a message from one of my good friends Jodie.  This topic has come up for both of us in recent weeks. She shared how she felt a bit “giddy” with one aspect of what she’s been going through.
