A Real, Raw Interview with My Dad, Jim Pigden About Life and Loss

TW: Losing a loved one, mental health, suicide, grief On this week’s episode, I’m dipping into a slightly heavier topic and doing something a little different in honour of the anniversary of my Dad’s passing. I felt called to share this interview I did with my Dad in the summer of 2020 (a challenging time in the world) when we had a celebration for my brother Garrett and what would have been his 50th birthday.
