A Reclamation Of Self-Worth & The Challenge Of Truth & Awareness

Self-worth is something innate to our existence, and yet we've been so heavily indoctrinated to believe that we are not good enough. It's therefore a reclamation to step back into our God given birthright of being worthy, deserving of love, acceptance and belonging. A spiritual awakening, a journey of self-discovery where we face the parts of us that have been hiding in shame as prisoners to our programming, can be confronting. Truth can feel challenging. Awareness on its own can cause suffering, until we take the action that 'truth demands.' In this episode I talk about the practice of CHOOSING self-worth again and again. The courage it takes to face our truth. The challenge of awareness. And the gentle, patient, kind humanity it takes to move through all the emotions and feelings that come through growth and evolution.The other side of it all is relief, comfort, HOME.
