A renoviction by-law could impact small landlords more than you think

The City of London is drafting a by-law that would prevent renovictions in the city, following in Hamilton's footsteps. Though this could be a positive thing for tenants, small landlords would be facing more issues that could then fall back on the city. Joe Hoffer, Partner at Cohen-Highley Lawyers, joins Mike Stubbs to outline what problems could come up for landlords, and then Ward 6 Councillor Sam Trosow weighs in on the conversation.
