Rodolphe Loury est à la tête des cuisines du Mas de Pierre, hôtel 5 étoiles Relais et Châteaux, depuis le mois de mai 2025. Ce chef, tombé dans la marmite étant petit, insuffle une dynamique nouvelle, nourrie par son parcours dans de très grandes maisons aux côtés des plus grands noms de la gastronomie. Avec son équipe de 20 cuisiniers et 5 pâtissiers, il dispose de trois terrains de jeu : le "Dolce Provenza", un bistrot gourmand où l'on savoure des spécialités de la Provence et de l'Italie, la Table de Pierre, établissement gastronomique où le végétal est roi, et le Lagon, un restaurant estival où l'on voyage sur les rives de la Méditerranée. Rodolphe Loury s’adonne à sa passion dans un environnement exceptionnel. Ses créations sont inspirées par le jardin du domaine : un magnifique parc de 4 hectares où sont nichés 76 chambres et suites, 3 piscines extérieures et un immense spa avec piscine intérieure.
