A Seat At The Table
from Briarwood Church Hosted by Jamisen Hancock
In A Seat At The Table, Pastor Jamisen Hancock opens in 2 Samuel 9 with the story of Mephibosheth—a forgotten, crippled grandson of King Saul who finds himself invited to dine at King David’s table. The message traces the movement of grace: it finds you where you are, brings you where you could never go on your own, and restores what you thought was lost forever. Like Mephibosheth, you may still carry a limp—but grace doesn’t change your condition first, it changes your position. Because of Jesus, there is a seat at the King’s table with your name on it.
