A sit down with Marc Dubrick!

In this episode me, Jake and Marc sit down for a chat regarding the ever changing landscape of long course triathlon, Marcs nomadic lifestyle where he currently finds himself in Norwich to give himself an extra 4 days on his visa which will allow him to compete in 70.3 worlds in Nice. Marc also talks us through some of his recent training changes including going self coached and getting the fastest run at 70.3 Poland this weekend just gone and how he plans to step his performances up to be a regular on the podium and fighting it out for the top spots in the worlds biggest races!
