A Special Birthday Interview!

For this SPECIAL BIRTHDAY episode, we are celebrating our own, Christine! Rather than getting a year older, she loves using the phrase, moving up to the next level. She talks all about how her inner child continues to come out more with each year, how her morning routines and rituals set the intentions for the entire day, and by avoiding social media and work, she's able to avoid the vortex of feeling inadequate, behind, or robbed of joy before the day has even started. By choosing to invest the time in all the beautiful parts of herself, it ends up being oxygen for her relationship, allowing her to feel fully supported, loved and deserving.
