A special, party-of-two episode with Ralf and Aston.

It's a rare one on one episode of #NoSuggestionPod this week with Ralf and co-host Aston Hollins (@astonhollins). This week, at Radio Free Brooklyn studios, it's a quieter, more focused and more intimate hour, but no less fun and funny, actually. Aston and I have a really good time hanging just the two of us and chatting about soda, sobriety, dating in high school, our views on what parenthood might be like, and taking care of oneself. There's also some extra great improv scenes this episode that are surprisingly funny and giddy, including a scene about a private contractor requesting needs a little more time and money from their employer. We don't often have episodes without guests and it's a rare treat when co-hosts and I just get to spend the time together. I really cherish this episode and I think you'll dig it too.
