A Special Show About Grief- Dealing with it, No Time Line, and Triggers

from Off The Chain · host Yvonne Mason Sewell

This show is a special show that a fellow author and friend of mine decided to do because of the holidays and because it is something that is not discussed openingly enough. The topic of this show is GRIEF. No Wanda and I are not going to tell you how to deal with grief, no we are not going to tell you there is a timeline and no we are not going to tell you to get over it. Grief is a very personal emotion. And anyone who says they have never had to deal with grief they are not being truthful. Grief is not just about a death, it can be a loss of a job, a move to a new place, a loss of a home, Grief comes in many events in our lives. Children especially have a hard time with grief because this is an emotion they cannot explain nor can they express it. Adults tend to think that children do not grieve, but they do. So join Children's Author Wanda Luthaman and myself and learn things
