A Strong Governor Could Stop the Black Mass

In almost every state, the Governor could stop what' scheduled to happen on the grounds of the State Capital on March 28. On that date, a satanic "black mass" is scheduled. The Founders had NO intention of allowing such a thing. If I were the Governor of Kansas, I could stop it easily.
