It seems using the military against United States citizens crosses a line even Supreme Court justices aren’t comfortable, stepping over. Yesterday, the Supreme Court denied Trump’s emergency request to keep National Guard troops in Illinois. The preliminary decision may impact National Guard deployments in other states too.
