Do you remember Pelican’s Wharf restaurant in San Antonio? The eatery was located on N.E. Loop 410; there were also locations in Corpus Christi and Austin. If you remember the restaurant, you may also recall the Pelican’s Cheesecake! The restaurant may have been lost to time, but the cheesecake recipe doesn’t have to go the same way.
