Got to start with the Arsenal game - Paul claims it was refreshing to watch it back - 3 reasons: When did Michael Oliver decide to become Martin Atkinson: 1st Goal - no VAR? 8m - Martinelli trips himself, Diaz yellow card 14m TAA fouled - nothing doing 14m - handball not given - Gabriel with some fake suggestion it hit his chest Saka gets 3 fouls - Kanesian - 20, 25 and 56, handball nio card? 35 - Offside called on Jota, ball passed him by - Partey assaults Diaz twice - knee injury no foul Time wasting - only Joe Gomez is carded We had so many moments: What’s working? Diaz looks dangerous, Jota, TAA forced Martinelli back more than might be apparent But the defensive line (see first goal) Wrong personnel at 70? Getting the ball forward - could have been better at getting it to Nunez Arsenal in the image of their manager: Martinelli Saka Jesus Was Xhaka playing? Odegaard was limited - opinions?
