A tight little nubbin (Beyond Breakfast Sausage Links)

from Talkin' Tofu

This week on the show, we'll talk about Dave's Just Egg renaissance and review the new Beyond Breakfast Sausage Links.Thank you to everyone who reached out about last week's episode. Last week, I confessed that I could never see Magic Eye paintings, and apparently I'm not the only one! I feel so much less alone.Things we mentioned this week:Vegan chili with beefy crumbles. Becky used her three bean chili recipe but substituted that bag of frozen vegan beef crumbles for one of the cans of beans. To make Just Egg for one in the microwave, squeeze a serving's worth of Just Egg into a mug. Then, microwave on high for 35 seconds. Stir it up, and microwave for 30 more seconds. To make 3 servings, microwave for two rounds of a minute each, stirring in between. And then do 15-20 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until it's cooked and fluffy.Important microwave Just Egg tip: Soak whatever container you used immediately. This stuff sticks like glue if you don't soak!Thank you so much for listening. We record these episodes for you, and we'd love to hear from you.
