A tight race in the Pacific Division and Stuart Skinner's time to shine

We've passed the midway point of the week, and that means a fresh episode of Better Lait Than Never is here to help you get through the rest of the week and to make sense of the world around you. This week, I'm looking at the Oilers' situation between the pipes, the Pacific Division standings, first impressions of the new guys, and a whole lot more.To kick off this week's episode of BLTN, I got started with some first impressions on the new guys as both Mattias Ekholm and Nick Bjugstad have found a way to make an impact in their first few games. While both guys have extremely different roles and expectations, both Ekholm and Bjugstad are finding ways to contribute early in their tenure as Oilers and it's been refreshing to see both guys having a little bit of success. At the other end of the spectrum, Jack Campbell continues to struggle between the pipes and it's getting to a spot where we don't even know when or how often he can even be played anymore this year. And while I'm not one to suggest that the Oilers buy him out, you do have to wonder when or if he'll be able to get back to his career norms in terms of numbers. From there, I ran through the Pacific Division standings which are tight as ever with fewer than 20 games left to play. To make matters even more intense, the teams the Oilers are chasing in the standings just keep winning.
