There is a time to cry. Sometimes the rain clouds form, trouble overwhelms us, grief overtakes us, and sometimes, as the writer of Ecclesiastes says...there is a time to weep.

As Christians this is something we don’t often talk about. In fact sometimes we hide it. We associate our faith with joy, indeed this entire summer we taught through Philippians and discussed “Unshakeable Joy.” Joy is a by-product of our walk with God and it is not dependent on our circumstances. But the same Bible that has the book of Philippians contains the book of Lamentations, the book of weeping.
