A Tree is Known by its Fruits

This sermon reminds us that a tree is known by its fruit: our faith is the tree, and our actions are the fruit it bears. What fills our hearts shapes what we say and do, for Christ is concerned not simply with outward actions but with the condition of our hearts, where our true treasure lies. Like Fr Damian, whose love transformed the lives of those around him, we are called to let our God-given gifts bear fruit in service of others. As we reflect on this message, we are challenged to ask ourselves: what difference are we making in our own homes, workplaces and communities, and how can we use the gifts God has given us to enrich the lives of those around us?
