A Tribute to Section 504 and the Rehab Act of 1973

In 1973 the Rehab Act of 1973 was passed. There was a section in that act that was very important to the disabled community. The powers that be were trying to water down the section and some very brave and committed people in the disability community were determined not to let that happen.
