Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guaido proclaimed the end of President Nicolas Maduro’s regime and called for a military uprising. He was reportedly meeting with the military to discuss the "beginning of the final phase of Operation Freedom," and declared "the moment is now" after leading the opposition movement against embattled Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro for months.
