A Twinkle

This episode is also available as a blog post: https://imnotgoood21blog.wordpress.com/2023/01/17/a-twinkle/ "The thrill met their eyes, with a twinkle yet to be disturbed. The dwelling of their thoughts were like actors in a play, free to portray a life of rehearsal, yet were still confined to a character, seemingly not of its own accord. How peculiar this cunning veil had revealed itself to be, how hush-hush society had made reality; The Absolute reduced to mere dust in the wind. But… the play was not over, for there are many acts, and the only thing standing between the act and the draw of the curtain, is time."
