"A Veterans Guide to Recovery" Interview with Veteran and Author John Donovan

I had the distinct pleasure of having John Donovan as a BHI special guest. John is a Veteran, author, public speaker, thought leader, veteran’s advocate, and person in long-term recovery. Recovery coach with over forty years of lived recovery experience. Throughout the episode, John discusses the many different types of issues military men and women face as they return home. John shares his story and experience he has had in the military as well as the struggles he faced and how he gained the ability to overcome them. John has a tremendous amount of passion to help veterans overcome the many challenges they could encounter. We also get into a discussion about John's passion projects and organization geared towards helping individuals in recovery. Major Donovan goes above and beyond in helping individuals on the road to recovery, by providing them with information and resources that are positive; giving people the courage to move forward to a life of recovery, which is possible.
