A Visit to Israel's Golan Heights
from Tipping Point Prophecy Update Hosted by Brian Schrauger
Reporting from Israel's Golan Heights, I take you on a personal tour around the perimeter of Katzrin, a beautiful city that's experienced both trauma and renewal since the October 7th, 2023 attacks. Walking paths once scorched by Hezbollah rockets are now bursting with spring wildflowers—a powerful symbol of life conquering death. I share intimate reflections from that Black Shabbat when thousands of rockets launched from Gaza while my family and I were celebrating Sukkot here, just miles from both Damascus and Beirut. The city's landscape is now marked by new memorials to fallen soldiers, massive construction projects that will double its size, and the constant reminders of war—from disabled GPS systems to the posters of hostages still in captivity. Despite everything, there's a palpable resilience in this community where housing remains affordable, spring flowers bloom brilliantly, and life stubbornly persists amid the shadow of ongoing threats.
