A Visit to PaleoFX: Why?

Last weekend Dr. Kahn was in Austin, Texas to visit his food truck (ATX Food Co. on Barton Springs Road) and to participate on a panel at the largest conference on the Paleo Diet. Why? This was not "his crowd" and he knows that certain members in the auditorium were not happy he was included. The discussion with other health care providers was animated but also revealing as to the difficulty getting credible information based in science. Paleo, not for Dr. Kahn, maybe not for anyone.
