Full Transcript: Hour 3, Segment 1 Charlie James: All right, glad to have you back! Let's go to Dean in Hendersonville and talk to him. Dean, what's going on, man? Dean: Well, uh, for one, I voted for Trump three times. Charlie James: Yeah. Dean: And, uh, so I'm for Trump, but as far as the election questions on it and—I, the biggest problem I have with, uh, the Biden administration is just opening the doors and flooding the—uh, you have, it ruined the economy for a middle class and lower class. But, but—but the thing is, to some degree, it might have been a blessing to have, uh, Trump miss a—a term, and but we got him back. And the thing is, uh, his fix on some things, people wouldn't have seen what real effect it would have, had he not been out for one term. Which, it did—it did suck that he was out, but—but I'm glad we got him back. I hope that it continues to be MAGA, um, that we can get somewhere going straight. I'm a firm believer that what's going on in the Middle East has to happen, but, uh, I don't like being at war, but I—we don't have a choice in it. Charlie James: You're right. We've been—we've been fighting these people for 47 years. I appreciate it, buddy. Thank you very much. In fact, she was talking about affordability, which by the way, let me ask you a question. Was I nice? Was I polite? Was I courteous? Was I respectful? Was I all of those—so they can't—they—JJ says I was. They can't come back and say this was some sort of a hit job. They can't come back and say I was disrespectful or anything like that. That was a very—I was as nice as I could possibly be. Okay. So, she talked about affordability. Well, there was a new study that was, uh, it came out, uh, not long ago. It was from the Fed, that said that illegal immigration alone— alone— accounted for increases in home prices of 30%, and rental prices of 20%. Auto insurance: up. It's going down a little bit now, but it was up because of illegal immigration. Health insurance: up because of illegal immigration. Open borders drove a huge increase in housing costs and overall affordability. That happened. And I say, "Oh, we got a..." Well, anyway, I know—I know, I could feel it, I could hear it in her voice, that she was not happy with that interview. She didn't— [laughs] I don't know what she thought it was going to be like. But I was—I was courteous. Let's go to, uh, Barbara in Greenville. Barbara, welcome. Barbara: Oh, hi. Um, I wanted to tell you about the horse medicine, Ivermectin. Charlie James: Yes. Barbara: I had COVID, and, uh, I couldn't get the pill. They wouldn't let me have it. Charlie James: Right. Barbara: So, I went and got the horse stuff. It's the same thing. And of course, it's prescribed for, uh, I don't know how much those horses weigh, a couple thousand pounds? So, I just took a little smidgen with applesauce, and I slept for eight days and I was fine, and I had no bad symptoms or anything. Charlie James: There you go. Barbara: So, it's the same thing, and it's cheaper. And if you have a big family, I mean, you might as well have it and... Charlie James: But wouldn't it be—wouldn't it be nice, Barbara, if it was just over-the-counter? Barbara: Well, yes. Charlie James: You just walk in and say, "Hey, give—give me some of that." Instead of having to mix it with—with, you know, applesauce or anything like that. I think it would be great, but Davey Hiott—Davey Hiott in—in, in Columbia does not want you to have it. Barbara: Well, I—I agree that he's probably a jerk, but, um— Charlie James: [laughs] Yes. Yes. You're right about that. Barbara: But—but really, I mean, this is for emergencies, and if there's an—even a run on the pill or if China stops making it or, I don't know where it comes from.
