There's so much going on in the world both collectively and personally, I don't know anyone that isn't going through some kind of questioning of their lives, their purpose, the meaning of it all. It might not seem like there is a lot that we can do, but there is a lot that we can be. One, is to be an anchor for a specific kind of frequency. Two, is to hold and embody our humanity with real, raw honesty. With authenticity and integrity. With kindness and truth.
