A Weekly Word - Devotion To The Word
from Devotions for Worship Hosted by Pastor Eric Tritten
In this A Weekly Word, Pastor Tritten continues our series on devotion by focusing on Devotion to the Word. He works with Dr. David Schmitt’s definition of devotion to guide our image of what Devotion might look like. That definition is, “Devotion is the deep reverence for a particular article of the Christian faith, often expressed in a variety of contemplative and active practices that manifest the working of the Spirit in that time and place.”
