Justice This parable teaches us about justice and God’s Kingdom. When we look at this parable in context, we see that this parable is preceded by one of the more difficult sections of Scripture. Jesus talks about going away and His Kingdom. We unpack the difficulty and explain it with clarity, but we acknowledge the difficulty. God’s Kingdom The Pharisees were out to get Jesus – to discredit Him. They asked questions of Him from time to time in an effort to expose Him as inauthentic. This is the background for our parable.
