A Willing Mind.

from GodIsEnoughForMeToServe Hosted by GodIsEnoughForMeToServe

“And thou Solomon my son, know thou the God of thy father, and serve him with a perfect heart and WITH A WILLING MIIND” 1 Chronicles 28:9 Here we see David instructing his son Solomon to serve God with a perfect heart and with a willing mind. God wants us to have a willing mind when it comes to serving him. He wants perfection from us and that perfection can only come from making up your mind to walk perfectly before the LORD. Willingness means submission, being prepared to do something, readiness, desire, inclination…etc. So now that we can observe the meaning of willingness, serving God and submitting our entire lives to him has to do with being ready, willing and having the burning desire to do so. It is all a choice that you and I have to make to serve God and run the Christian race by throwing off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles (Hebrews 12:1). We must diligently run with perseverance the race marked out for us (Hebrews 12:1). Choose this day and willingly make up your mind to accept JESUS CHRIST as your Lord and saviour, and that you will serve him willingly with a perfect heart. I hope you enjoy this episode, it was a special one and I thank the LORD God Almighty for the unintentional inspiration. I pray to have more of such inspiration in later episodes, in JESUS name, Amen. Thank you for listening!!! God Bless you abundantly. With Love, Oluwatomisin♥️
