Heidi is an ordained elder, a prophetic minister, and an internationally acclaimed speaker. She is the author of "Can I Rest Awhile?" and the new book, "Black Girl Cry: What Black Women Need to Know to Amplify Their Voices." She is also a co-author in Soulful Prayers Volumes 1 and 2 and Soulful Affirmations.

Heidi walks me through her career and how she focused on building solid relationships in the workplace to reach the C-suite level in the financial industry without a college degree (and why she went back to school to get one).

She tells us why she shouldn't have been so afraid when she started and how her creativity helped her reclaim her peace.
