"However, we’ve still got a long way to go. We’ve got some fantastic ideas for the future, and we want to build on that. “One of the things we’ve already introduced is a new Basic Foundation course in tea. That was one of the important things missing from the academy. We developed the world’s first tea 101 course online about nine years ago before it was the thing to do.
