A Yoga Teacher Fascinated By Mythology

In this episode, we're setting up Kristina Headrick, a yoga and meditation teacher, entrepreneur, and copywriter. As a Greek-American Virginia native, she is proud of her Southern and Greek passion for storytelling. She has written for brands like NOOM and publications like PASTE and Brooklyn Magazine.
