A Yule Ritual

As Yule approaches in the Southern Hemisphere, this episode is a quiet ritual part reflection, part spell. Together, we honour the longest night of the year with candlelight, stillness, and gentle intention. Inspired by seasonal traditions and what I’ve learned on my path so far, this is an invitation to slow down and mark the turning of the year in your own sacred way.Gather a candle, something natural, a warm drink, and your journal.
