AAA127 Time For A Change - Justin Grimes

Justin's real estate & business investing journey went from hobby to necessity and eventually passion when he lost his father, Mike, in an auto accident in May of 2016.

Since then, Justin has taken a deep dive into the world of personal development and wealth creation through tools such as commercial syndication investing to provide retirement income for his mother, while strategically protecting and growing wealth for future generations.

He is committed to maintaining multiple streams of income and is currently (1) an active rehabber / mortgage note creator in the Houston area, (2) a passive commercial real estate investor, (3) an investor/operator in online businesses and (4) an equity partner in an oilfield equipment company. Justin and his wife (Brittany) have two baby boys, Jensen & Cooper.

He hopes to share his story and help people who may be interested in getting into real estate and those in pursuit of financial independence as a means to greater fulfillment in life.

Justin believes that time is our most important resource – so why not get educated, take action, and jump in the game to make the best of it.
