Guest: Lawyer Micheal Berry with First Liberty Institute. First Liberty is representing Melissa and Aaron Klein former owners of Sweet Cakes by Mellisa. In 2013 Sweet Cakes by Mellisa was asked by a woman to make a cake for her same sex wedding. As devout Christians the Klein's felt that helping celebrate the wedding would violate their faith. This prompted the state of Oregon to punish the Klein's with a $135,000 penalty and issuing a gag order against them.
