The Pittsburgh Steelers relationship with Aaron Rodgers cannot be in a good place after a tender was placed on Rodgers that restricts his movement and ability to play this season unless it is with Pittsburgh. At minimum, this is a sign both sides aren't on the same page and at maximum, this is a threat to force his hand. Either way, it makes no sense for Pittsburgh to act this way.
