Aaron Ross is a music industry executive and founder of Infinite Future Management, with more than 25 years’ experience across A&R, radio, artist development and management. He began his career at Virgin Records during the late 1990s, working within the label’s dance division VC Recordings at a time when artists including Massive Attack, The Chemical Brothers and Daft Punk were reshaping electronic music culture. He later held senior promotion and A&R roles with Ministry of Sound, Defected Records and the relaunched Strictly Rhythm.In 2012, Ross founded Infinite Future Management, transitioning into artist management and helping guide the global breakthrough of Jonas Blue.
